May 4, 11, 18, 25 and June 1 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm (EST)

Commitment to Attendance:  If you can’t attend, please email info@ripplefoundation in advance to open up your spot.

You can only sign in to Zoom using the email you used to register. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the meeting.

Respect and Kindness: At Ripple Foundation, we cherish each person’s unique talents and our volunteers’ dedication. Our Write It Workshops thrive on mutual respect and kindness among attendees and facilitators, maintaining a welcoming environment for all. We urge parents to discuss the importance of respect and commitment with their children, fostering a positive atmosphere for everyone.

Note: Facilitators can remove participants who do not adhere to these principles of respect and kindness towards others and facilitators.

The purpose of this workshop is to teach participants about the importance of characters and character development in storylines.

The purpose of this workshop is to teach participants about the role of plot structure in stories.

The purpose of this workshop is to show participants how descriptive details enhance stories and engage readers through elements that stimulate the senses and add interest.

The purpose of this workshop is to show participants how an effective story has the main idea that readers can follow from the beginning through to its conclusion.
